Overview

These terms apply to use of the Kwantflow website, account pages, downloads, and product information. Paid plans, Enterprise plans, or customer-specific deployments may be subject to additional written terms.

By using this website or downloading Kwantflow, you agree to use the services lawfully and not interfere with their operation, security, or availability.

Website information

Website content is provided for general product information. Features, pricing, availability, supported platforms, and service terms may change as Kwantflow develops.

We aim to keep information accurate, but you should confirm product fit, platform support, and plan details before relying on the website for a purchasing decision.

Product evaluation

Kwantflow is intended to assist RFQ, estimating, and quote preparation workflows. Users remain responsible for checking estimates, assumptions, prices, exclusions, and customer-facing quote outputs before use.

AI-assisted outputs are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing evidence, quantities, rates, assumptions, terms, and final quote documents before sending them to a customer.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at harmful volumes, submit malicious content, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another party’s rights.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans (Pro) are billed on a recurring basis through our third-party payment partner. You will be charged at the start of each billing period. Enterprise plans are handled separately on a custom commercial agreement.

You can manage your subscription from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges; paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until the balance is resolved.

Tax may be added at checkout based on your location.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Kwantflow operates exclusively as a local-first application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software and website are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Because Kwantflow is a local-first application, your project files, estimates, and data are stored solely on your local device. We do not provide cloud backups, data recovery services, or file hosting. You are entirely responsible for securing and backing up your own data. We expressly disclaim all liability for any data loss, corruption, or unavailability resulting from software bugs, hardware failures, user error, or malware. We provide no uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the desktop software.

AI-assisted features run entirely locally on your device. We do not transmit your files or project data to third-party AI services. AI-assisted outputs are experimental drafts and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for commercial use. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all quotes, estimates, and calculations before relying on them or sending them to a customer. Nothing on the website or within the application constitutes professional engineering, financial, tax, or legal advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL KWANTFLOW, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR VENDORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF OUR SOFTWARE OR WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50.00) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO KWANTFLOW IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
